دايما بنسمع شكوى من الخريجين الجدد بسبب عدم وجود فرص عمل و في نفس الوقت بنسمع شكوى في الشركات من عدم وجود عناصر مناسبة و لو موجودين بيبقوا قليلين جدا و اغلبهم بيسافر بره مصر.
علشان كده واضح جدا ان في فجوة بين الخريجين الجدد و المنافسة في سوق العمل.
علشان كده ضيفنا بيحاول يقلل الفجوة من خلال تمكين الخريجين الجدد و مساعدتهم في الحصول على فرص المناسبة.
و مساعدة الشركات انهم يلاقوا العناصر المناسبة.
و علشان كده اسس جروب اسمه مصنع المواهب-Talents Factory.
ضيفنا هو عمر مراد مدير الموارد البشرية الاقليمي لمجموعة ارما.
We often hear complaints from recent graduates due to the lack of job opportunities, while at the same time, companies complain about the scarcity of suitable candidates. Even if there are some qualified individuals, they are very few, and most of them end up traveling abroad. Clearly, there is a gap between new graduates and the competitive job market.
To address this issue, our guest aims to bridge the gap by empowering new graduates and helping them secure suitable opportunities. Additionally, they assist companies in finding the right talent. As part of these efforts, they have established a group called ‘Talents Factory.’"
